You’ve just had the phone call you’ve been waiting for, “ we could like to invite you to our interview stage”. Fantastic news and well done! You're in the final stretch, just a little farther to go.
Interviews with some people are natural, and others their Achilles heal. Some people perform better on lesson observations, but in most cases, there is an interview at the final stage. Some schools might sit you in front of 2 to 3 members of their senior leadership team. Some schools add a step that requires a small interview in front of the pupils.
Although you can't find out what questions the school will ask you on the day, you can still prepare for your interview by doing a little research and some test questions.
